Saint-Georges, QC – November 19th 2019: MAXIMETAL is proud to announce its support for the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation (CFFF).
Beginning May of 2019, MAXIMETAL implemented a new customer satisfaction survey for all Fire Apparatus customers. Sent out between three and six months following delivery of a new piece of apparatus, MAXIMETAL asks its customers to provide feedback on their purchase and their overall experience working with our company.
Many industries offer incentives to improve survey response rates, such as gift cards or prizes. MAXIMETAL has instead partnered with the CFFF to offer a $50 donation in the customer Fire Department’s name as incentive to respond to the survey.
“We are proud to partner with the CFFF on this initiative. With many firefighters on staff here, we are very mindful of the dangers these men and women face both on calls as well as to their long-term health,” said Christopher Sapienza, director of business development at MAXIMETAL.
“The Canadian Fallen Firefighter Foundation is more than grateful towards companies like MAXIMETAL,” said Mr. David Sheen, president of the Foundation. “Just like many Canadians, MAXIMETAL truly counts among those corporate citizens that enable the Foundation to continue its mission by enabling its efforts to HONOUR and REMEMBER firefighters who have died in the line of duty, and to SUPPORT their families by bringing some comfort among dependants, colleagues and friends. Above all, it also makes a difference by contributing to the increased awareness and recognition within the general public of the work firefighters – and other first responders – do to protect their respective community and environment. We thank you.”
“The CFFF does wonderful work, not just honouring and remembering our fallen Canadian heroes, but supporting their families too,” said Danny Dufour, president of MAXIMETAL.
